Installed 28.8kwh battery - Eva is very helpful and professional, she responded very quickly to all my questions. The installation was completed within 1 month after the first quotation and the work was neat and tidy. This is my 2nd time to engage Solar Secure.

My solar battery installation took much longer than usual (3 months) partly due to a very busy period associated with the introduction of government rebates. Three different electricians came to inspect the site just to never show up for the actual installation, but Steve handled this calmly and professionally with the installation finally completed by the fourth electrician Farid to my satisfaction.

Very happy with our solar install. The whole process was quick and the sale reps were not pushy at all with wanting to add batteries or bigger systems. Install was done on time and I was kept in the loop and informed during the process. My only gripe is my drive way was left a little messy post install, cable sheath on the floors, rivets and screws. I got a screw in my car tire post install, I picked up 8 screws and thought I’d got them all. Very happy with the process and system
