Recently my battery inverter did not work. I contacted Solar secure and Jason from their support team provided an excellent service from the day one. He assisted in replacing the battery, as the previous battery was faulty (replacement covered under the warranty). Even though it took a long time to resolve the issue, Jason provided keep me updated the progress. Thanks very much, Jason for his dedication to resolve this.

I had a good experience with Patrick who was very helpful with the quotation for solar battery, and answered my many questions. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
