I just purchased an additional array of fourteen 470 watt panels to augment the existing array that we had installed a number of years ago. Mike from Solar Secure helped us with all facets of the install, just like he had on our previous battery install. He is friendly, concise, professional and very knowledgeable when explaining what the install would require and addressed any concerns we had during the consultation phase. Waiting for the install to happen we recieved communication letting us know of any delays due to weather concerns and He made sure we had sufficent time to prepare before the installer arrived.
