I just purchased an additional array of fourteen 470 watt panels to augment the existing array that we had installed a number of years ago. Mike from Solar Secure helped us with all facets of the install, just like he had on our previous battery install. He is friendly, concise, professional and very knowledgeable when explaining what the install would require and addressed any concerns we had during the consultation phase. Waiting for the install to happen we recieved communication letting us know of any delays due to weather concerns and He made sure we had sufficent time to prepare before the installer arrived. We decided to remove our old solar system of 2.6 KW and install a 9.4Kw system and a 28 KWh Fox Battery. We spent some considerable time researching various companies that would install in Adelaide SA. 8 Quotes in total and eventually narrowed it down to two companies who quoted on identical systems. Shaun from Solar Secure was able to answer all are questions and provided detailed information about the total system we were focused on. An Installation date was arrange for following Monday after paying a deposit on the Friday. Being Winter the team managed to remove our old Solar System before heavy rain forced the team to stop work. The next day they arrived early to continue the job only to get the ladders set up and be met with heavy rain. Once again they arrived early Wednesday and by lunchtime had completed the installation including the Battery installation. Our only concern was that we were asked to pay in full before work started. This was something we have never had to do before so it raised some concerns. We messaged three other people who had left reviews for Solar Secure asking if they too had to pay upfront. All three replied within 24 hours stating that they had paid in full before installing. We raised our concern with Shaun from Solar Secure, he arranged that we pay 2/3 up front and the remaining on the day of installation. Overall all we are very happy with the installation. Both solar panels and battery are performing extremely well well. We would recommend Solar Secure.
