I switched my NBN some time ago and forgot to reconnect the inverter data logger to the new ISP. When I contacted support, Jason did an excellent job resolving the issue. He guided me through reconnecting the device to Wi-Fi and also fixed the app issue remotely. Order number: SCMT4613

I’m really happy with my new solar battery. The price was excellent and the lead time was much quicker than I expected.
