Bob, the sales guys was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the whole process, pros and cons of one system over other and which one would suit us best in our situation. Wang the installer was extremely professional. He took care of the installation, explained us the first time setup process and how to isolate the battery in case of a blackout (we opted for a manual system). In the end good value for money and extremely professional team. Keep up the good work guys.
