We decided to remove our old solar system of 2.6 KW and install a 9.4Kw system and a 28 KWh Fox Battery. We spent some considerable time researching various companies that would install in Adelaide SA. 8 Quotes in total and eventually narrowed it down to two companies who quoted on identical systems. Shaun from Solar Secure was able to answer all are questions and provided detailed information about the total system we were focused on. An Installation date was arrange for following Monday after paying a deposit on the Friday. Being Winter the team managed to remove our old Solar System before heavy rain forced the team to stop work. The next day they arrived early to continue the job only to get the ladders set up and be met with heavy rain. Once again they arrived early Wednesday and by lunchtime had completed the installation including the Battery installation. Our only concern was that we were asked to pay in full before work started. This was something we have never had to do before so it raised some concerns. We messaged three other people who had left reviews for Solar Secure asking if they too had to pay upfront. All three replied within 24 hours stating that they had paid in full before installing. We raised our concern with Shaun from Solar Secure, he arranged that we pay 2/3 up front and the remaining on the day of installation. Overall all we are very happy with the installation. Both solar panels and battery are performing extremely well well. We would recommend Solar Secure.

We got our Solar Battery installed by Solar Secure recently. Bob, the sales guys was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the whole process, pros and cons of one system over other and which one would suit us best in our situation. Wang the installer was extremely professional. He took care of the installation, explained us the first time setup process and how to isolate the battery in case of a blackout (we opted for a manual system). In the end good value for money and extremely professional team. Keep up the good work guys.

Talked to Shaun and his team, they are well communicators and responded very quick regardless price, installation and technical questions. The installation team is local subcontractor which did job in a proper way.
