Installed 28.8kwh battery - Eva is very helpful and professional, she responded very quickly to all my questions. The installation was completed within 1 month after the first quotation and the work was neat and tidy. This is my 2nd time to engage Solar Secure.

My solar battery installation took much longer than usual (3 months) partly due to a very busy period associated with the introduction of government rebates. Three different electricians came to inspect the site just to never show up for the actual installation, but Steve handled this calmly and professionally with the installation finally completed by the fourth electrician Farid to my satisfaction.
