First I would like to point out when contacting Jovial at solar secure I knew next to nothing about hybrid battery set ups . I searched the internet for various companies that specialised in this area . After reading lots of reviews I decided to contact solar select . I got put in-touch with a very nice guy called Jovial . I explained I didn’t really know what size system I wanted or even how it all works .After lengthy discussions with Jovial I decided it was a 30kw battery set up was what I decided I wanted to buy . I can’t praise up Jovial enough for his help guidance and product knowledge . Jovial has been amazing he explained every detail I needed to know offering different solutions that personally tailored to my needs and the space I had available.Not only did Jovial help providing information on best suited product he provided information on financial options that was also available. Jovial also made sure the whole process was smooth and easy it was actually a very enjoyable experience from start to finish . From start to finish every thing was arranged finalised and installed in under one month. Jovial has been absolutely amazing he has made my whole experience very pleasurable smooth and very quick . If you are in any doubt about taking the leap to a battery set I would recommend this company and Jovial 100% . I would also like to point out his phone contact and updates was very prompt to which I received daily updates via txt phone calls and emails .
