Great experience. Eric was very helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all my technical queries and provide very thorough answers to my satisfaction in terms of various battery options and my induvial requirements. The amount quoted was fair. The quote finalized in two days; the install happened on the next day which was quite remarkably fast. Installers took their time and did a clean, tidy job and gave me a briefing of all the work they had done related to the battery and the switchboard. The battery system has been operating well over the last three days with all readings ok and discharging/ charging according to my time settings. I would definitely recommend Solar Secure to anyone.
