1) He monitored my installation remotely Post Installation 2) Couple of weeks later, he came back to tell me that there is an issue with the Solar efficiency 3) In fact, I was monitoring it myself and found the same thing, but due to being new to Solar, was not sure it was me not knowing how to read and interpret the App. 4) Chris went rhough it patiently with me 5) Sent technician to come to the House to investigate 6) Follow up call from him after that. Told me that One of the Panels was not connected. 7) Chris kept monitoring the installation performance Post the Faulty repair 8) Called again, to check how the reading in my App is to compare with his remote reading. 9) All OK now. Case Close.
