I was looking into getting solar panels since I moved into my new house. I have received a few quotes and a few rejections due to the way the roof of my house is. When people quote you for solar panels they don't come to your house as they are able to do it via satellite. Due to this process I had some rejections. Others use this process and tell me that it can be done. Often the quotes are very expensive despite the rebate. This company was recommended to me by cousin who is very with their product. My cousin told they dealt with Jordan who proved to be very outstanding as the main sales man. I raised my concerns to him when I was quoted more panels than others have quoted me. He double checked everything and he got back to me saying it would work. Just as I have signed off Jordan then called me as he was just been informed that the back panels that I would not be getting the best out of it. I signed a waiver and proceeded with the installation knowing full well that I would not be getting my money back for lack of performance. On the day of the installation the contractor came and saw exactly what the situation is and told me that it would be impossible for some of the panels to be mounted on my roof as they would be hanging out on the edge. As a result I didn't go ahead with the installation and told Jordan to talk to the contractor. Jordan after having a conversation with the contractor called me and apologised for everything. He returned my deposit my deposit money in good faith and for that reason I'm giving this company a five star. My cousins are happy with their product and Jordan's professional conduct as well as the price. I will definitely will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you.
