EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM START TO FOREVER: Have dealt with Ryan for over a year, awaiting the construction of our house to be completed to enable installation of a 10.56kw solar system. I changed both the panels (Trina 415 to 24 x Jinko 440N) & the inverter (Solis to Sungrow) over the course of the year. Solar Secure matched the other best price I had received & was able to keep that for the year with a deposit of just $100. Ryan remained in contact with me throughout my build & has checked in with me since installation to see how the panels are performing. He is a great benefit to the company. The installation was seamless & the representative was very helpful, setting up & going through the app with me. The installer did advised to place the inverter in the garage instead of out in the sun by the meterbox & I agreed but it was only after the install I was informed that it was an extra $100 as the garage was 20 m from the meterbox but this was really my only complaint as I suggested the installer should have informed me that there will be an additional charge. The system is running really well & is on an app on my phone & I can see in real time what they are making & what I am using, which I find a great feature of Sungrow. I had an issue when I changed modems of the app not connecting. My call was answered immediately & then a tech support person called within 5 mins & went through the change of modems, step by step. This was a quick & seamless service. Very much appreciate it after being on hold to the bank for 45 mins only to be told I was with the wrong department...
