Just like all salemans. Their solar is not the cheapest but I liked this guy because he knows his stuff and was approachable and communicable. I dont mind spending alittle bit more as long as the person I am dealing with treats people nice and with good customer service. In saying that, the price was acceptable too. Not unreasonably expensive but also not the cheapest. I do recommend Kevin nice bloke!

I contacted a number of solar sytem providers in Nov 23. After my online enquiry, I was contacted by Steve the sales agent and techincal representative of Solar secure. Solar secure is sydney based which also was a requirement of mine. Steve answered all my questions, provided me requested comparative data, advised me on a Growatt battery and inverter package to add to my existing panel system and the price was right for me. Solar secure handled the approvals process with the energy supplier and installation occurred in early Jan 24. Installers were professional and neat and I am very pleased with this product.
