I guess there was a mixup and the battery couldn't be turned on straight after it was installed. But the installation was scheduled for the day after I gave the go ahead, so I didn't mind waiting the extra week. I was kept informed what was happening throughout the process by Mike at Solar Secure and the installing electrician.
