I contacted Solar Secure just to get a comparative quote after receiving one from a door to door salesman, offering a discounted neighborhood price. I spoke to Leo at Solar Secure, who was brilliant and provided a quote for me over the within minutes. Solar Secure's price was half of the previous quote and with a slightly bigger system and better-rated hardware. Leo was great answered all my questions and queries honestly. He clearly explained the pricing and process. Even after the sale he responded to all my queries very promptly and followed up at each point. Solar Secure, got my panels and inverter in with 5 days. Their installer Max was great as well, very professional explained the installation process, and discussed any concerns. Due to our house structure, they had to install the inverter a bit further from the Meter. Max took great care to ensure this was done neatly without spoiling the esthetics of our home. It required extra material and time for him, which he did at no cost. Max's installation team were great as well, taking care to do a neat job, without making a mess or damaging anything, including roof tiles. Max explained the post-installation process and took us through the working of the systems in great detail. Solar Secure managed all correspondence with our energy provider and Leo arranged for our meter upgrade etc. We've had the system in for a little over a month now, with no hassles - the installation has been tested by a couple of fierce storms. On sunny spring days, the system has been producing higher than the quoted max daily production. We highly recommend Solar Secure, for anyone looking for an honest hassle-free solar retailer.
