I had solar secure return to install my 2nd system after their first system had proven rock solid since 2019. Jordan from solar secure was true to his words and delivered a solid package, best price, and delivered on time as promised. It was a stark difference compared to the original sales team I dealt with back in 2019 (which at that time was rather underwhelming with typical "pass the buck" mentality). The whole company has matured substantially since then, and have become very professional, honest, and accountable. Jordan was always there to keep me updated all the way and made sure my job won't be forgotten in the system. The installation team on the day was also very professional and was even kind enough to share their expert opinion on the condition of my aging roof tiles. The team installed everything efficiently and quickly. 5 stars all the way for everyone involved; couldn't ask for more.
