My original solar failed and warranties ineffective as original company downsized and under new ownership interstate. Local solar company in the country said getting panels assessed and replaced under warrantee is very difficult requiring testing long waits and sometimes no response and attracts substantial costs which may not be refunded. Decided to have them replace system and they did not turn up at all! Solar secure was very persistent and promised a fixed price significantly lower than the local lads. To be honest I felt a bit annoyed with their persistence but as they were the only company that kept calling I decided to sign up. To be fair its not the same panels and inverters but I negotiated a payment time and percentage I was happy with so I could feel happier that I would get a working system and that they would be motivated to make sure its working to get paid. it's 2 solar companies that has let me down so far and I feel cursed with solar companies!!. Jordan was the salesman and he communicated well and I was pleased by how well the installers did their work. Very neat and professional. No electric cords were touching the tin roof and everything was well attached and inverter working well, no rubbish left behind. Very impressed and paid immediately completing the contract. Unfortunately me system could not connect to the home wifi as the signal was too weak. Jordan called me to check and immediately had a tech guy call me and went through some tricks and got the wifi connected. Follow up service 10/10.already paid so their persistence after being paid continued and delivered everything they promised. Makes me feel a bit mean to negotiate such a tough payment protocol with them.
Ultimately very happy with solar secure.hope you get as good a result as I did if you go with them. The value is there and surprisingly so is the service!!!
