Sales process was pretty good, Bob was straight to the best price he could do... not a cent reduction but still the best price out of the quotes I got... he provided a great support on email, text and phone all along, he really makes sure all your questions are answered and you feel comfortable with the purchase, last but not least he helped to arrange a excellent installation for me.

I found the sales support very helpful, I had just arrived in my new house in QLD after being in disastrous conditions in the Northern Rivers Floods. I had to commence a rather large renovation with heaps to manage and with supply and demands on trades very difficult. The solar team did everything possible to get the solar installed and I am very happy with the product. The system is now producing a higher output than my sons solar who installed his with origin.
