The salesman had all the facts at hand and presented them clearly. As I already had a 5Kw system i was not a likely customer but I was interested to find out information about the cost of a battery. The fact that the cost of my electricity for the year is close to nil after the solar tariff refunds means that there is no big attraction for me to outlay $10k or so for a battery

I had a quotation from them and put on a deposit. Had to cancel because of various reasons and requested for a refund. The sales guy who gave me the quotation would not give me a refund. But then I was able to talk to Bob and did not have to explain myself and got a full refund. So I am giving this review for Bob for helping me out and doing what was right all along. Thanks again Bob for the help. That is what customer service should be.
