Charles the customer service agent was excellent, he was honest, true to his word, helpful and realistic in the system configuration and fit for purpose quotation. The final price was great value for money. After sales service was also excellent, Charles would call randomly just to touch base and check if there were any issues, update me on the latest rebate and technology changes ,and checked on if our needs have changed.
