Sharing my experience with the team at Solar Secure! Like everyone else was worrying with solar sales/install and all the trouble, I went on got a few quotes from other companies as well. Leo at SC provided a comprehensive explanation and advise over the phone. Signed up and pay the deposit on the 6/12, grid approved done on the 8/12. Installation was done 15/12 although had a cancellation due to rain. Installer is very experienced, told me he had 150 jobs queuing up, so I’m impressed how they fit my job in just before xmas! Inspection done 20/12 and the system is finally on! After 5 long days, I guess I’m lucky enough to have an inspector come out before Xmas! Of cos I was very flexible with the time allowing all the trades come in whenever. Final compliant paperwork with the energy supplier is finally submitted by 22/12! First full day of the system turned on, the solar generated 33.5kw, can’t wait to see my first bill. 5 stars to date and hopefully 5 more stars for the system to last! One tip to ppl who wants to have solar, make sure u take plenty of photos for the team to assess your house, I had to change the panel layout while install because my tin roof roofline issue which cost extra $ for install.. end up a better layout cos I have more roof space for more solar panel down the track. Thanks Leo guiding me through step by step and very prompt response when I have a question. Also thank you Ruby helping to organize the install. I will be recommending SC to my friends.

I contacted Solar Secure to enquire about installation of solar panels. I was served by Adam, who was great at providing all the information I needed and describing the process to get them installed. While in the end we did not go ahead, we could not fault the great customer service and help we received.
