My system was installed and connected to the grid within 5 hours of their arrival. I dealt with Shaun on mum's behalf who is elderly and was looking at solar. Shaun was excellent in explaining the options and costs. Unfortunately the electrical upgrade was going to be too costly and didn't make it worth it. But if we ever consider solar in future Solar Secure will be the first company we contact. We put down a deposit which was refundable and there were no issues at all when mum was not able to continue due to the cost of the electrical work.
