10kw system. Sales process was easy (Eric). Not pushy at all and accomodating at every turn. Price was excellent and I specified the equipment. I had to gold off the install until the build was completed. Solar secure were very patient and installed within a week of being given the go ahead. System has been in for a couple of weeks and is generating excellent returns. From what I can tell the install is good. The installer ran through everything before starting and was open to options. So far so good and for a “high turnover” company, highly recommended.

After installation, I had some specific needs for the after-sales service, and I want to express my gratitude to a person named Jason. He is very professional, patient, and provides excellent after-sales service. With his help, I can now easily monitor the operation of my entire solar energy system. I am very grateful to him.

Stella was lovely in giving me lots of information and getting extra info with technical team when needed. In the end the amount of shading made it not a good option to buy the system, but Stella and the team were trustworthy and gave me what I needed for an informed decision! Thanks!
