The Solar Secure team are amazing, from the sales team to the installation team to the after sales team. The team answered any questions clearly and made the whole process simple, easy and streamlined. The installers did a very clean job making sure that the panels were installed in a symmetrical and neat way. Two weeks after install I had a small issue with the app not syncing to the inverter. A quick call to the after sales team and the issue was quickly resolved over phone. I’m very happy thus far nearly a month after install. Definitely worth 5 stars. Shaun, Jason and Peter were all amazing and treated the whole process as if it was their own.
